Galbadia is the biggest army in the world! With Seifer as there leader, there goal is for everyone on the planet to fear them. They do this by taking prisoners, and torturing them. People who try to stand in there way, die a sick and horrible messy death. They are already known well throughout the world, known for there deadly weapons, there skills, techniques, there leader! Every Cadet starts at rank Private, and ranks up by showing his loyalty to Seifer. Ranknig up can be either pretty easy, or extremly difficult. It just depends what kind of person you are. Although Seifer isn't always the meanest of people, he can be extremly deadly to people who defy him or stand in his way. Galbadia have only one Allie, and that is ShinRA, who is also led by Seifer.
